Small Business Resources
Florence Downtown Development Corp. supports small business ventures through the compilation of comprehensive economic data about the Downtown area, filling requests for information from prospective new business owners, providing technical services training, and business plan review. We can also connect prospective businesses to our network of incubator spaces, property owners, City of Florence offices, and incentive information. There are various incentive programs available in Downtown Florence based on which overlay district a property is located in.
